The family's go to cargo bike. The MK5 is truly a bike for the whole family with a spacious child carrying bucket and padded bench seats in the front and rear of the bucket which are each equipped with individual seat belts and a removable waterproof cover it allows you to remove the car completely from the school run. To get you and the kids up even the steepest of hills the MK5 is equipped with a powerful Promovec rear hub motor offering 40nm of torque and 250w of power output which offers multiple levels of smooth pedal assistance enabling you to enjoy the ride. With the MK5?s 3-wheel footprint the bike is incredibly stable even when fully loaded and on the roughest of roads. Braking is provided by 3 powerful Tektro hydraulic disc brakes and as an extra safety feature these brakes can be locked on as a hand brake when not on the bike to stop the bike from rolling when parked on uneven terrain. The motor and battery offer up to a 45km range ensuring you can be sure you have enough charge to tackle even the longest of school runs. .

You have the option on all orders to upgrade the postage to a faster service.
We require that bicycles are collected from the store fully assembled. All bikes go through a Pre-Delivery Inspection to ensure that they are ready to ride, and all road bikes include a bike fitting to ensure that your new bike is set up perfectly for you. Please see the bike fitting page for further information.
If we do not have an item you have ordered in stock then we will contact you straight away to let you know. Most items can be restocked within a week, however if this is not possible we will let you know.
If for any reason you wish to contact us regarding an order you can do so via either the contact us form or our email address: [email protected].
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, we accept returns and we will refund the price of the product providing it is returned in perfect resale condition within 14 days. If you would prefer an exchange for a different item (size, colour, etc) and we have the item in stock, we can arrange this once the original item is returned. You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us, and in the event of an exchange, any additional postage of sending out a new item.
If you believe an item to be faulty and you want to pursue a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original proof of purchase. If upon inspection we agree it's a warranty issue we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and return it to you carriage free. If a warranty claim has not been cleared with us and you wish to have the item returned to you, there will be a postage charge for this. If you are returning an item to us, we cannot be responsible for the return postage. It is important to include a copy of the original proof of purchase, contact details and a description of the problem.

We try to provide size guides where possible however it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the sizing is correct.
